What this is
Is the Hope-Princeton Open? is a free, single-purpose site that answers one question: is Highway 3 through the Hope-Princeton — Manning Park and Allison Pass, between Hope and Princeton — open, closed, or delayed right now. No accounts, no clutter.
Where the data comes from
Status comes from DriveBC's public Open511 API, refreshed every 5 minutes. We filter events to the Highway 3 corridor between Hope, Manning Park, Princeton, and Keremeos, then classify each as open, delayed, or closed. Driver reports on the homepage are secondary; the official DriveBC status is always the source of truth.
